Hello, I’m Bert Richard, service manager and co-founder of BR Pro Handyman Inc. Assisting busy, working professionals in managing their home’s to-do list is our specialty!
Our Story
Growing up, I was immersed in the construction trades, learning from my father and grandfather who were skilled carpenters. They instilled in me the importance of quality work. Additionally, I have backgrounds in accounting, computer science, and customer service.
In 2011, I launched my first handyman business as a solo venture. I love working with my hands and finding creative solutions to daily challenges. Focusing on smaller handyman tasks has been incredibly rewarding and has given me the opportunity to meet and help out thousands of people.
A decade on, in 2021, my wife and I established BR Pro Handyman Inc. Since then, our team has expanded to include several skilled handymen and women, as well as a dedicated service coordinator.
Our focus remains on service calls and small projects, delivering the same high-quality workmanship and customer service that has been a hallmark of my family for generations.
